From domain name, web site and blog to company profiles on the top 3 networks (Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter), Michelle will show you how to optimize ALL the pieces to work together for maximum visibility and credibility in both search and social arenas. Optimization means you will improve your ranking on Search Engines and your credibility with your social connections which are both essential to online success. Make it Magnificent.

Session 2:  Build Your Business on Relationships in 2012
Never again will you wonder if social media is worth the effort. Michelle will guide you to use LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter as relationship development tools to reach individuals and groups who need what you provide. This session will demonstrate how to find the right relationships (the ones that lead to business), introduce yourself virtually and build REAL relationships online the right way.  Participants will learn how to:

1. Build quality LinkedIn connections

2. Find GREAT Twitter followers

3. Develop a Facebook Page community

4. Supercharge return from group participation

 

Session 3:  Reach REAL Objectives Daily
In this fast-paced and action packed session, Michelle reveals how people just like you have mapped out a social media strategy to accomplish specific business objectives -and you can too.  From lead generation and list building to increased sales and client retention, you will see what can happen when a good planning and disciplined implementation come together on the social web.  Participants will learn:

1. How to develop a social media strategy

2. How to tie the strategy to unique business objectives.

3. What best practices for managing social media.

4. How to measure social media success.
